Recovery & response
Do you offer 24/7 recovery?+
Yes — we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Day, night, weekends and bank holidays are all covered. Recovery never sleeps.
Do you offer emergency recovery?+
Yes. Emergency recovery is core work for us — rapid attendance across London, Essex and the M25 corridor for stranded, blocked, broken-down or accident-damaged vehicles.
How quickly can you respond?+
Response times depend on traffic and your exact location, but rapid response is the standard for London, Essex and the M25 corridor. Call or WhatsApp for an accurate ETA before we move.
Do you cover the M25?+
Yes. The M25, M11, M1, A12, A13 and North Circular are all part of our daily coverage area. We follow PAS43 procedure on hard shoulders and live lanes.
What should I do if I break down on the motorway?+
Stay safe — exit the vehicle if you're on a hard shoulder and stand behind the barrier. Call us with your live location and a junction reference. We'll attend rapidly and work with Highways and Police where required.
Vehicles we recover
Can you recover non-running vehicles?+
Yes. Non-runners are routine — we use neutral skates, winches and correct loading angles to get them onto the flatbed without further damage.
Can you recover vehicles without MOT?+
Yes. MOT status doesn't affect our ability to recover a vehicle on a flatbed. We can move it to a garage, MOT centre or storage.
Do you recover accident-damaged vehicles?+
Yes — damaged vehicle uplift is a core service. Rapid attendance, PAS43 procedure on the carriageway, delivery to bodyshop, insurer or our secure storage.
Do you transport vans?+
Yes — light commercial vans up to 3.5t including Sprinter, Transit, Vivaro, Trafic, Crafter, Ducato and similar. Empty, loaded, refrigerated or signwritten.
Can you recover EVs?+
Yes. We are IVR accredited including module 27b for EV recovery. EVs are transported on a flatbed in the correct mode — Tesla, BMW i, Polestar, Mercedes EQ, Hyundai/Kia and others.
Do you handle prestige and low vehicles?+
Yes. Long low-angle ramps and soft straps protect bodywork, splitters and alloys. Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Jaguar and similar are weekly work for us.
Can you do motorcycles?+
Yes — motorcycles are recovered with appropriate strapping and supports.
Can you recover vehicles without keys?+
Yes. Locked, immobilised and no-key vehicles are recovered routinely using neutral handling and the correct method.
Transport & long distance
Do you transport vehicles from auctions?+
Yes — auction collections from BCA, Manheim, Aston Barclay and other UK auction sites are a core part of our work, including non-runners and damaged stock.
Do you offer long distance transport?+
Yes. We cover the whole of mainland UK from our Essex base — Scotland to the South Coast, Wales to East Anglia. See Long Distance Vehicle Transport.
Can I send photos on WhatsApp?+
Yes — please do. WhatsApp 07525 260443 with a live location pin, vehicle registration, photos and a short description. It's the fastest way for us to quote and dispatch.
Can you store vehicles securely?+
Yes. Our Essex compound is controlled-access, monitored and insured. Short and long-term storage available for insurance, bodyshop and trade work.
Pricing & quotes
How much does recovery cost?+
Pricing is per job and depends on distance, vehicle type and complexity. We give a clear, fixed price on the call before we move — no surprise charges on arrival.
How do I get a quote?+
Call or WhatsApp 07525 260443 with location, registration, photos and a brief description. We'll come back with a clear price.
Are there hidden charges?+
No. The price agreed on the call is the price.
Do you offer trade pricing?+
Yes. Trade accounts are available for dealerships, bodyshops, insurers and recovery networks who need regular work.
Trade, insurance & contact

Yes. Auction collections, stock moves, customer deliveries and bodyshop drop-offs are core trade work for us.

Not by default — we prefer immediate phone or WhatsApp contact for the fastest response.
