Cat's Recovery & Transport covers two distinct kinds of work from the same Essex base. The first is emergency vehicle recovery — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Breakdowns on the M25, accidents on the A13, vehicles stranded in live lanes, EVs that have lost charge, vans down on a delivery run. The phone is always answered by the operator, the ETA is honest, and the price is fixed before anyone moves.

The second is scheduled vehicle transport — planned single-vehicle moves on tilt-and-slide flatbeds for private customers, dealerships, bodyshops, auction traders and recovery networks. Customer collections, dealer-to-dealer stock moves, bodyshop drop-offs, auction collections from BCA, Manheim and Aston Barclay, prestige deliveries and EV transport — all handled with soft straps, low-angle ramps and condition photos on request.

We work with private drivers needing a one-off recovery and with trade clients who need a reliable, properly insured operator they can call again and again. Every vehicle type is handled with the appropriate method: cars, vans up to 3.5t, motorcycles, prestige and low vehicles, EVs and plug-in hybrids, and non-runners that won't start, won't roll or have no keys.

Coverage is daily across London, Essex and the M25 corridor, with regular work on the M11, A13, A12, North Circular and the Dartford Crossing. Nationwide transport is available on request from our Essex base.
